On April 10, 2014, Standard and Poor’s Rating Service upgraded Red Hat to a ‘BBB’ corporate credit rating. On September 30, 2014, Standard & Poor's Rating Services assigned its 'BBB' issue-level rating to Red Hat's $700 million convertible senior notes due 2019.
